About this design
Pieter Bruegel's The Harvesters (1565) Custom Stationery
Classic Northern Renaissance Painting of a Wheat Harvest, artwork that has passed into the public domain and makes wonderful gifts and other products.

All of the Fine Art, Vintage Art, Classic Masterpieces, and other Antique Masterworks here at Masterpiece Gallery have been carefully edited and placed on products to provide the best possible results. We may not have as many items for sale as some of the bulk stores, but please be assured that we pay attention to the details and design each product for maximum positive effect.

The Harvesters is one of five surviving paintings representing the months of the year. It is typical of his peasant scenes, showing a large number of people engaged in every day tasks.

Bruegel (1525-1569) was a Dutch Renaissance painter whose works include Landscape with the Fall of Icarus (circa 1558), The Tower of Babel (1563), as well as his famous peasant scenes. Also known as "Peasant Bruegel," he was father to Pieter Brueghel the Younger and Jan Brueghel the Elder, and uncle to Jan Brueghel the Younger.

All of our products are made with large scale images that have been carefully edited to provide the best resolution, color and detail possible. We have tried to make products available in many popular formats, but please contact us via the sidebar link on the MAIN PAGE if you need help customizing anything.
