need help
I have a painting of a young girl with 2 dogs (one dog is on the table beside the girl, and the other dog is on the floor reaching up to the girl's knee). It looks much like the work of Charles Barber, can anyone help to identify this painting ? The title has one word missing but starts with "The little .........r"
Would appreciate any help, thanks
