her body was so tiny that the infant sized diapers (sticking up and just barely visible in back, the blue and white check) had to be pulled and fastened really tightly.

Nadine, this is a different one from Alfred.
Alfred has two lower teeth and a couple of polka dots on his gums :-) I am going to have to check on the name of this baby in the blue diaper.
