About the product:
This is an adorable card for a princess and knight party. I liked that they offered multiple choices on hair color too. Not every princess in this world is blonde. I love that I didn't have to stay with the original text and could create my own text that was more personal to my daughter's party. I like the 5" x 7" size too. I've been disappointed in the past with invites that arrived that were smaller than expected. Another feature I loved was being able to add personal pictures to the back of the card. The thickness of the cardstock feels high quality too. Overall I'm very happy with the final product!
About the print:
The printing turned out great. The colors are nice and bright (I've been disappointed with that from another company too). The coloring of the photos are great too. The only problem I had was when the finished cards were packaged well over half of the cards got a bend in the lower left corner. I'm still giving a 5 star because customer service handled it very quickly and re-sent my order within a few days. The second time the cards were perfect. I appreciated a good responsive customer service. I really believe it was a fluke in initial packaging and it won't deter me from coming back in the future.
