Misleading Picture
About the product:
The hat itself is good quality (4/5) and I would like to order others, but the position of the logo looks odd- it is too high. When designing the hat I lowered the logo as much as the design program would let me, and to be honest, in the picture it looks fine. But in reality it looks too high.
Also, more color options would have been nice. I would order more hats if there were more colors to choose from and if the printing position was accurate.
About the print:
The picture of the hat I designed shows the bottom of the logo at approximately 5/8"-3/4" above the brim (correct position), and on the hat I received the logo is 1" above the brim (too high, looks odd).

Very Professional Looking
About the product:
The hat was completed in a timely manner, with the quality being top-notch. I would have preferred a greater selection of colors (such as all black). However, I was still very happy with the white hat. The material is pretty sufficient as well. I would definitely recommend Zazzle products to other potential customers.
About the print:
The printing turned out very well. The recommended specification for a hat is a PNG image sized at 800 x 600, which I found worked perfectly (there was no distortion or discoloration). Great job, Zazzle!

Review of hat
About the product:
The hat was true to order. However I was not aware the size was still a standard adult fit. I bought this for a 2 year old and it does not fit even on the tightest setting. The delivery address was also slightly cut off in the printing of it. The 8 was cut in half and looked like a 3 so was delivered to the wrong address. Lucky the people at number 3 were on to it and popped in to check if it was ours.
Otherwise pleased.

The service and the support was excellent.
Shipping duration is bit longer.
Shipping charges are higher.
Both the orders ( business card and Cap) could have been bundled in one shipping and saved one shipping cost, since both were addressed to same location.
Back side of cap was a disappointment, since no preview was there.
Other wise I'm fully happy with your promptness.
You guys are very professional and decent.
