This binder came as shown with the name Elizabeth printed on the cover. That isn't my name so I wanted to return it. The Zazzle customer service rep was so kind and gracious!!! They gave me a refund immediately and were so pleasant and even apologetic that I couldn't believe it! Great company!!!
