About the product:
I ordered three different binders (personalized) for three family members as Christmas presents. They were easy to order and the transaction was seamless. I paid additional fees to make the Christmas shipping deadline and all was received as promised. I plan to order from Zazzle again.

The printing was better than expected. The printing must be directly onto the binder, as I didn't see anything applied to the cover as I expected. I am very very happy with the product.

I didnt realize that the product was just going to be a 2" binder with the picture on it, even though it does clearly state that. So, it was not what I expected, but it will still make a great gift

The binder is absolutely wonderful! The EZ-Turn ring is great. It seems very sturdy and has kept in very great shape so far. It was a lot bigger than I had expected as well!
