Roman Bath Posters
by iiiyaaaBath England - Taken by Alan!!!
The city was founded, among surrounding hills, in the valley of the River Avon around naturally occurring hot springs where the Romans built baths and a temple,[3] giving it the name Aquae Sulis. Edgar was crowned king of England at Bath Abbey in 973.[4] Much later, it became popular as a spa resort during the Georgian era, which led to a major expansion that left a heritage of exemplary Georgian architecture crafted from Bath Stone.

Another superb pic!
I just viewed your Tower Bridge piece, and this one, too, impresses me. Especially, you've made a great composition, Amanda. This makes me want to paint the architecture and the place.....

Great poster! Great combination of the elements of steam, fire and architecture. Very mysterious effect. 5 *****
