Seitan a tasty alternative to meat devilishly good developed by monks who vowed not to eat the flesh of our fellow creatures who inhabit this grand planet our home. If you know about seitan then you know yup it can taste like chicken beef and other animal flavors if you fix it that way but why. If you don’t know about seitan find out and then find a vegetarian or vegan restaurant and you will think ‘devilishly good.’ Old cliché ‘you are what you eat’ if you really think about that, you will start wondering what and why are you eating what you are eating and if you love your animal pets think about this would you eat them (?)….you are what you eat. Start one day a week not eating any meat at all then try two days a week and then you just might make that commitment of not eating meat at all.
