to be on the balanced side
This democracy is not a true democracy and hasn't been for a very long time. People do not really have a voice whether Bush is in the office or Obama. The whole socialist thing is making people argue while bigger agenda is going on behind everyone's eye.
Also, nice design, except since I speak and read Russian, that A letter looks kind of funny because its read as a "D".

I doubt you cared when t-shirts were being made comparing George W. Bush to Hilter. By the way free speech applies to Chairman Obama also he is not god

Regardless of definitional semantics...
...the real point to be made, (which both previous posters have made very clear, actually), is that in both theory and practice, Obama is neither a Communist or a Socialist. I'm not even a Democrat, but propganda takes dialectic nowhere.
p.s. - In Scandanavia, many wouldn't see anything wrong with a head of state ascribing to be a Socialist at all, because they apply Socialist ideology correctly and without the regime horrors of the Soviet Union, China, or Cambodia.

maybe they needed to take a political science course too...
"The goal of socialism is communism." Vladimir Lenin
"Democracy is the road to socialism." Karl Marx

Socialism is simply Communism for people without the testosterone to man the barricades.

Like I said...
...take a political science course. Communism is in no way "a form" of Socialism. You are on a very dangerous and ignorant conceptual slippery slope if you start making statements like that. Everything you just said in response to my correction is not orthodox theory at all. And I'm wondering how you might explain how Obama is using violence along the lines of Mao or Stalin.
You thank people for great feedback, when they have only commented with the most kneejerk, stroking comments, nothing substantial at all. And I doubt anyone is running to Amazon or the library to look up your questionable sources, or even read your online click-through, non-definitive political theory histories.
I have a feeling you are in it to make a buck based on sensationalistic crap. Line up Obama with some of histories greatest monsters, and the lowest common denominator will lap it up. Congratulations on the exploitation of ignorance.

Socialism has taken many forms and and emphasized many things over the years, but the common themes of socialism have always been an attack on private property rights by the use of violence through the state.
Here's a very brief primer on the history of socialism.
The best book on socialism, however, is probably Ludwig von Mises book Socialism. (The link is to the totally free book online.)
Thanks so much for all the great feedback!
Socialism & Communism
Let's be careful folks. Communism is merely a form of socialism. (Let's remember that Marx, Engels, Lenin, Mao, & Stalin all called themselves socialists.)Socialism has taken many forms and and emphasized many things over the years, but the common themes of socialism have always been an attack on private property rights by the use of violence through the state.

Try taking a political science course.
The images in your design up until Obama are all of ideological Communists, not Socialists. I am not particularly partisan, but I am a fan of accuracy.
