The magic is in the process and the sharing of the piece,whether to friends family or strangers. During elementary school I would finish my worksheets then right away turn them over and draw on them. In middle school I developed an interest in graffiti, then in high school that interest became an activity to share my art with friends and passerby. At age 15 I walked into a screen print shop and asked to put a design on a tee shirt for my friends, this evolved into making my own tee shirts under the name “soldierleisure”. This name became a way for me to describe a way of life. I made and then sold these tees all over the place, from the trunk of my car, dorm room, friends in different places, and continue to do so. All in all its about the process of creating. Its about creating out of self and enjoying the ride. The art here is art I would like to share with you, and hoping you get a kick out of it in some way. Create. Cheers.
