“MacHaggis Does Texas". MacHaggis has arrived in Texas the "Lone Star State" looking for customers. :-) And being of Scottish origin I'm sure he's going to be a hit. :-) Texas for me has always been about that frontier spirit, the Alamo, Oil, NASA and cattle, and more importantly the people who built this very unique and colorful state. During those frontier days, a goodly number of folks with Scottish connections were making for themselves, a way of life that I myself very much admired. But hang on! I digress, as this is not a history lesson, but is more about this particular portrayal that I have created, in the hope, that my "Special MacHaggis" will surely be a hit with you all, especially those of you who celebrate "Robert Burns night" on the 25th of January each year, or belong to a Scottish society. Haggis is a very nourishing and tasty meal, and is a big hit here in Scotland, as well as other countries, and I call it a real “Nation Builder". William Wallace, Robert Bruce and many of Scotland's world renowned philosophers’s in which I give two further examples, namely, Hume and Reid, who I'm sure, ate plenty of Haggis, washed down with liberal quantities of Whisky. :-) It is no wonder they were all great thinkers and fighters. :-):-) This particular creation is very upbeat with the inclusion of very dynamic colorations given to the text and not forgetting our “Special MacHaggis" who looks sort of tired after all his travels and is waiting for someone to sport him around on all these wonderful product lines.
