Our countries were founded on Christian principles. Religious persecution drove many Christians to our shores where the freedom to celebrate, pray and worship without fear. Through are history wars have been fought to defend those freedoms. God is on our money, our buildings, our schools, our monuments.
Today, there are those who would destroy our sacred traditions, secularize our holidays and take God out of our everyday lives to appease minorities. This is not only tragic but a national crisis.
Religious freedom is in itself is a God given right and what our nations were founded on. Each should be allowed to worship in their own way their own faith. That is what our countries are about. That is where we started.
However, we wouldn’t try to suppress non Judeo/Christian believes in their countries, so why should they be allowed to change what we have for so long defended. If this is a problem for them, then they should exercise one of our God given freedoms, THE FREEDOM TO LEAVE!
