Sunny Days Quilt Mug
by CRQuiltsA blue and yellow patchwork quilt to warm up your morning beverage!
This quilt started as a gift for a friend's baby, but I was dissatisfied with it and never finished it. I picked it back up a couple of years later intending to finish it and donate it to victims of hurricane Katrina - that was when I quilted the sunshine in the yellow squares. But the group I was in touch with was swamped with donations and then it turned out that they didn't want quilts this small anyway (it's just 24x36 inches). So it's been hanging over a railing in my studio ever since. Now maybe it's found its niche on the Internet?
