Living in Southern Mississippi provides landscape photo opportunities of nearly every kind. To the northeast lie the Great Smokie Mountains and to the northwest deep American history which threatened to split our country. To the west the bayous of Louisiana and cajun culture. White beaches of the Gulf Coast and Florida are a short drive south. And finally, right here in my own back door are hot long summers, mild winters, deep green longleaf pine forrests like no other, wild creek banks supporting deer alligator, bobcats and snakes.
I have also been afforded the privilage of travel. Every part of our great nation has something different to offer: forrest, desert, mountain, alpine. Every one more beautiful than the one before. I never tire of visiting a new place. I hope I can share some of my experience with you.
