I assume the patio/deck faces south..

I'd prefer some kind of rain cover for the front door. Still, you're thinking! Bravo! I know a guy who is slowly designing and building a cement multi-piece series of domes forming a home. I'm sending this piece his way. He might get a kick out of it. I do.
