Sounds like you have a very pretty cat too, 'f-dog'. I am familiar with Maine Coons--that is a 'breed' of cat. 'Tabby', on the other hand, is not a breed at all. It is simply a coat color variety, and it occurs within many different breeds of cats, as well as mixes. This particular cat (I own the rescue kitten that was my model) is a mixed breed whose mother was a pure/registered Persian, and whose father was a domestic short hair. As a result, she does resemble a Maine Coon in general appearance (aside from the fact that she is much, much smaller... LOL). Her coat color, however, is indeed blue tabby (with the classic striped 'tabby' markings, but with the black portions of the pattern diluted to blue). Thanks to you both for the kind compliments.

I have to tell you, I have the same cat but it's NOT a Tabby... it's a MAINE COON. Look it up on the internet. Other than that, I love your work. Great job!
