The shirt is correct. Typically words can be used for other meanings for a awhile, slang and such, but these particular words should retain their true meaning and not change for convenience or "political correctness." For example, the new meaning for liberal: A person who is so open-minded their brains have fallen out. That comes to mind. I guess I am being progressive!

It's a pretty cool shirt.
The only thing that stays the same in this world is change. Liberals don't change the meaning of words, time does. If you don't believe me, then look up old, English words from 1500 years ago. If the meaning of a word changes it's because the word is being used in a new way. Sick means cool but cool doesn’t always mean cold. The true meaning of a word is found in the context in which it is used and not necessarily in the dictionary. My car is clean even when it’s overdue for a wash. How can that be? Because when it comes to my car, “clean” doesn’t always mean what it says in the dictionary. Hella ain’t even a word but this shirt is still hella cool. As a proud liberal I am happy to sport it.

However, it is true that "it's" should be "its." That's not changing the definition; that is the English language. No one is "redefining" any word. An attempt is being made to correct your grammar. Perhaps it will increase your sales.

Ironically your post made you look ignorant. Also your post proves that my shirt design is extremely effective in it's goal, making people like you feel uncomfortable and putting you on the defensive. I think that redefining words so that they fit better into what you believe about them is not only ignorant, but also offensive, and fails a liberal in regards to tolerance and acceptance which they claim to champion above all else.

Its shows possession. It's means it is. Ironically, this shirt will make the wearer look ignorant.
