The Guernsey Cow on Lincoln Highway in Exton, PA, was a Chester County attraction for over 50 years featuring hand-made caramels and ice cream and the world's largest Guernsey Cow.

Today it is home to a local bank. For over half a century it drew visitors from across the country to enjoy unique ice cream such as "blue moon", "grasshopper", "rum raisin", "pinto pony" and countless other delicious flavors.

Founded and operated by my grandparents, Ilario and Gladys Polite, The Guernsey Cow lives on in the memories of those who were there to enjoy a traditional family experience.
