Yes, I understand, it takes everyone coming together as a team to make things work in most cases; HoWeVeR ... a great team has individuals who specialize in different areas and bring that expertise to the table. Personally, I have a problem sitting in meetings and training sessions that in no way apply to my own area of expertise; yet, often, as a TEAM, this is required, yes ? I sit there and think of a winning football team ... and think of what a disaster it would be if they did the same. Shouldn't the quarterback be practicing passing instead of tackling ? You can tell how much I get out of some TEAM sessions ... oh my ... I'll get off my soap box. The original quote of "There is no I in TEAM, but there is in WIN" has been attributed to Michael Jordan; yet, I couldn't find a definite source to acknowledge. ENJOY !
