I am The Whisperer of unwanted and neglected pets. I have several rescued dogs and cats, that were to be euthanized, not by any fault of thier own. My Corgi...Dutchess was a puppy mill mother, who was very over bred, and an absolute mess inside and out when I got her. She was afraid of everything, and had no clue what being warm in a new dog bed, and having food and love was like. It took 2 years to be able to step over her without her thinking she would be kicked. She is now a veryl oved, happy, healthy dog in my care. Boyce...my Shar Pei was a rescue from a woman who left 42 dogs in airline crates in her basement for 3 years. They never left the crates, so you can imagine the mess they were sleeping in. Boyce came to me with no hair, burned off from laying in urine, and every skin, eye, and ear infection he could possibly have. He was totally non social. It took a month to get him to trust me enough to take a treat from my hand, and to know he had a bed he was allowed to lay on. He is now very loved, happy and very healthy in my care. Vana...a mixed breed, very timid because her former owners threw hot grease on her head, face and tail. She was terrified of everything that moved, made any noise, anything. She is now very loved, happy and healthy in my care. Misha, my shepard mix....first home did not feed her, so she was supposed to be 55 pounds, and was turned in to the shelter at 15 pounds, and almost dead. Her second home a man beat her constantly, until she finally fought back and gave him stitches, so she was returned to the shelter again, this time, very aggressive. She then spent 4 years in a cage, and no one could get near her. But...she liked me. I thank God she was able to trust me before she was to be euthanized. So, I have her now, and she is very happy and healthy with me, and finally knows what it is to be loved. These are JUST a few examples. I need help to give them the best care possible, so I started this gallery in the hope that I can make extra money to take care of them. Please help if you can.
