I really do not care about her private life - although as a factual matter, very young mothers also have a tendency to have down's kids. But really, I don't think that's a matter for debate, since I can state the undebatable matters without it. She is an avowed Dominionist and cannot honestly swear to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States. She must be one or the other, and it's Dominionists who demanded her selection.

As a believer in a constitutional, representative republic, I cannot support anyone who would think it a good idea to dismantle our entire system of protections for civil rights and replace it with a unified church and state; a theocracy with a single, established religion empowered to persecute, imprison and excecute anyone that fails to conform to it's "moral" leadership. This is not an exaggeration, this is not hyperbole, it's not a supposition or an assumption. It's certainly not a "smear." This is what she believes, according to her statements and her allegiances.
