Get back to your roots with 3 Crazy Carrots! This watercolor was done while I was living in the south of France, in Rognes, Provence, on a farm and I was helping out picking carrots. Farmers want the perfect shaped carrots, but I loved the strange and funny oddly shaped ones. It became a game to collect the strangest funny ones as models for my still life painting! So many carrots, so little time.
