At the beginning, TURBOKOLOR was just a funny name to describe my aesthetic approach and how I like to use color. “SWANOFOBIA. ALWAYS PRESENTED IN TURBOKOLOR”, was a slogan that often appeared in my earlier work.

For a few years now, I've been working as a graphic designer for various companies, as well as continuing to do non-commercial art. At some point, I felt an urge to create a special platform, where I could publicize art, connect with other artists and, most of all, offer my ideas to people in the simplest and most enjoyable way. That’s how TURBOKOLOR came to be. The idea of the project is made up of many different elements: a currently homeless art gallery and a clothing company offering carefully designed, art-inspired garments. Apart from that, we're working towards establishing a publishing house to release material that will showcase the work of artists connected with TURBOKOLOR.

TURBOKOLOR has been brought to life with the help of my friends – Wiktor Komorniczak and Lukasz Rzeszotek. Our aim is to do what each of us does best and to bring passion to what we do. Only by doing what you love can you live your life without working a single day. Then it's possible to take things seriously, without being too serious, and to sell a lot, without selling yourself out.
