Vintage Nanny And Baby Notecard

This vintage nanny and her charge are straight out of Mary Poppins ... but are probably in a Newark NJ park. The photo was purchased with a lot of photos of a Newark NJ family (see other notecards in this gallery). The ca. 1890 photo shows us a sweet baby in a wicker baby carriage and the baby's nanny on the park bench, which is behind a wood-plank way for those long skirts to stay a bit clean when sitting down beside the dirt path. The notecard has been left blank inside, for your personalization. Use Zazzle's "Customize it" feature to have the notecard printed with your own text or handwrite your message inside. Other photos from the estate are for sale here, too, and if you purchase a total of ten notecards (one design or multiple designs) Zazzle will package them as a set and the buyer is rewarded with a 12% discount on the purchase.
