About the product:
The packaging was soft cardboard. There was another poster with this one. Because it was so soft, the post office decided to fold it to put it in our p.o. box. After 2 folds, they decided to put it in one of the big boxes and leave a key for me, instead. So, there were two fold marks on both posters, although they were not creased. So, I'm going to try to pack them very tightly in a frame, so the folds won't show up. (I hope.)

Product great, shipping slow

Product is great. Exactly what ir ordered. But it took an email to customer service to figure out why it and two other posters were not shipped in a timely fashion. Customer service was great though. They looked into it an upgrade the shipping to expedited shipping. It arrived 3 days before Christmas (ordered before thanksgiving).
