Unfortunately many vegetarians (and people in general) do not know that dairy is an extremely cruel industry. Cows are impreganted every 12 months to keep their milk production at optimal levels which produces many unwanted calves. These calves are then seperated from their mothers soon after birth and either slaughered immediately or sold for veal. Additionally, due to being overmilked the mothers are often too ill to keep producing and are killed at less then 6 years old when the natural lifespan of a cow is up to 30 years. Boycott this cruel product - Go Vegan!!!
