Thanks very much Ashstrickland for your thoughts, you are very kine. Yes it is a watercolor. It was in fact the first watercolor that I ever attempted in 1984.

I have veered away from watercolor for it's lack of detail . I have seen little to none that can capture lighting effect as you have in all your pictures,Makes me want to buy some watercolors.
