Susanna's Victorian Cards and Gifts

A collection of cards and gifts featuring restored Victorian illustrations from our own vintage holiday collection. They were carefully enhanced and repaired, while certain elements surrounding the images were sometimes added (as in the holly and greens in the Santa and Christmas Tree design) Note: Some of these also had to be modifed during the reconstruction process because corners, and other sections, were sometimes missing due to wear.

I very much want to acknowledge the wonderful postcard artists who actually painted these beautiful illustrations so many decades ago in the Golden Age of postcards. Some of the artists include: Ellen H. Clappsaddle, H.B. Griggs, Smucker, and Bernardt Wall. I also want to say thank you to the unknown, hardworking artists who never signed their beautiful postcard art, but will give pleasure to so many in the countless holidays ahead.
