Do your homework

This is not a picture of two WW2 era subs. WW2 era subs did not have fairwater control planes or encapsulated sails. Those were not seen until the 1950's and 1960's. I know this from 20 years aboard U.S. submarines. WW2 era subs had bow depth control planes and open conning towers. No other nation at the time had any subs that looked these either.
