Zhenlian is an artist from China, she is a retired art teacher, now she devotes all her time to painting and drawing.

When you wake up in the morning
Be grateful for the sunlights
For good health and creative energy
Most of all for being a painter
No matter if you are great or small
No matter if you can sell or not
Because if you can paint
You are blessed with eyes to see all the wonders of the world
Think of those blind people and you can't find
Any reasons for their deprivations
You have no reason not to be grateful for being a painter.
