About This Design
Harbour Port-en-Bessin High Tide by Georges Seurat Card
Harbour at Port-en-Bessin at High Tide (Port-en-Bessin, avant-port , marée haute)(1888) by Georges Seurat is a vintage pointillist post impressionist fine art seascape painting. A nautical maritime scene featuring a harbor with sailboats, a beach, cliffs at the shore and houses on the hillside. About the artist: Georges-Pierre Seurat (1859-1891) altered the direction of modern art by initiating the Neo impressionism movement. The Pointillism technique is often mentioned, because it was the dominant technique in the beginning.
