Zazzle, the world’s destination for customization, is a creative force of nature! We’re a platform that enables people to make, mold and shape what’s in their imaginations and then output that creativity and personal touch on to tangible products, and now, designs. Every day, you, our customers and Creators, come to the site to showcase amazing artistry. You do it by creating beautiful watercolors, stunning photographs, etchings and typography. You design mesmerizing layouts, backgrounds and patterns. It blows us away by the uniqueness and brilliance that people come up with. To continue to honor that creativity, we’re upping our game in design and print on demand.
Quite often when an individual gets comfortable with their burgeoning creativity, they start using an Adobe product, a company known for its multimedia and creativity software, to take their designs to the next level. Now, Zazzle, in collaboration with Adobe®, is launching Adobe Design to Print, a new browser plug-in that enables Creators of all backgrounds to create and preview in real-time how a design will look on a product before it’s published for sale on Zazzle.
Adobe Design to Print will improve how artists can better use their time to effectively monetize what they’ve created. Since many Creators already first create their designs in Photoshop®, this plug-in cuts down the back-and-forth time of having to design in the application only to then have to jump back to their browser to see how that design will look on a Zazzle product.
Remember, time is money. By using this plug-in, it becomes a nimble and fast way to create a physical product and then sell it. Cha-ching! An artist can pick a ‘blank’ product from Zazzle, create and composite their design in Photoshop with all the familiar brushes and effects, to precisely visualize what the design will look like on the finished product. Then, the product can be published for manufacturing and sale in our marketplace.
To use Adobe Design to Print, you must already be a subscriber to Adobe Creative Cloud. Then, just download the free plug-in at www.adobe.com/go/DesignToPrint and start designing!
We hope you love the freedom and flexibility that Adobe Design to Print gives you in creating your designs!
Erika focuses on email marketing, copywriting and merchandising at Zazzle, but she has a secret obsession with all things wedding! During the week you can find her writing punny subject lines while also pinning the latest wedding trends, and outside of the 9-5, she is usually cheering on the San Jose Sharks, reading a good murder mystery, or hunting for the best Philly Cheesesteak in the Bay Area.
