Odd Girl Out Lesbian Pulp Fiction Baby Bodysuit
Odd Girl Out was written by Ann Bannon in 1957 and is a lesbian love story about two sorority sisters. This is one of the first lesbian pulp fiction novels. These vintage paperback covers represent the crack in the closet door. This book and others like it were, for some, the only clue that there were other women in the world like them. Most were written portraying lesbians as tragic figures who ended up dead or in jail for being who they were.
