Zazzle Reviewer Program
I spoke with 2 different customer service representatives, asking each of them for the exact code color for navy blue (since it was not clear on the website). They each gave me 2 different code numbers, assuring me that they were navy blue.
The shirt's letter color is more royal blue than navy blue. Is it that hard to expect Zazzle to know what color is navy blue in their color code section? I think not. Everything turned out fine. Except for the color, it looked just how I expected it.
