❣ Welcome, welcome! ❣ How lovely to see you here at QuirkyQuills! We are a mother/daughter duo of designers. Inspired by the story of a girl who survived an atomic bomb attack, we started making origami birds. A sign of hope and healing. She wanted to complete a thousand birds and thereby fulfilling her greatest wish: peace. Only ten birds away from a thousand signs of hope, the girl passed away. We believe the number is not nearly as important as her wish for love and peace amongst all, so we continued her story. Folding our own origami birds, designing them with colourful imagination and insightful texts, we hope to pass along athe message of hope and healing; the message of love.
