About This Design
The Swastika prove us how the Ignorance, pride and greed of a group of people and those unable to think by themselves, unable to use BASIC Common Sense, and contradict their own religious believes, could destroy the meaning of such a beautiful and powerful symbol as the SWASTIKA. The Germany stained with horror, brutality and absolute terror, the real meaning of the SWASTIKA, the purity of its message and the hope that lies on the hearts of those that still workshops this Icon as a Symbol of peace and enlightenment, as Shakti or The Force of Empowerment, The SHAKTI, the chosen SWASTIKA for my design, is the concept, or personification, of divine feminine creative power, sometimes referred to as 'The Great Divine Mother' in Hinduism. On the earthly plane, Shakti most actively manifests through female embodiment and creativity/fertility, though it is also present in males in its potential, unmanifest form. But SWASTIKA is not own by one religion or group but it rather had been with us since the first cities were built and language developed. From India to all Asia, to the Romans and Greeks, Celts, Vikings, Navajos an Hopi, all over the world you can see it in its pure meaning. Here I will let you the link from WIKIPEDIA that give us the history of this recently Feared and Hated Icon, so we could fully understand its real meaning, and with this knowledge to embrace in its real context.
