Yellow Elephant, where were you? T-Shirt
I was there. My son was there My daughter was wounded Young Patriots Died. If you can think of a better question to ask a yellow elephant, you can ask that too. I am here. Where are you? 3000 Soldiers Died Why not you? Please respect the intent of this design - it's not a fashion statement. It's not intended for those of us who gambled little and lost nothing. The design itself can be had for the asking (...I'll put a link here...). I do what I can with the tools I have in the causes I believe in. Please forward this to every Iraq and Afgan vet, their parents, children and loved ones. And dear God above, please do not PRESUME they should be willing to wear it! If there is anyone who has a right to their opinion of this conflict, it's nature, and what should be done about it, it's someone who WAS there. Or indeed, IS there. So pass it along. Let them ask the questions they want - should they wish to. The only way I would wear this shirt would be with a campaign ribbon attached. Or, of course, with the ribbons and medals of a loved one who can no longer speak for themselves.
