Wanted to celebrate daughter's engagement by making an ornament for the happy couple. Using my photo, Zazzle did a fine job. First effort gave me one great ornament and one with a blemish across the photo...but a quick call to Zazzle customer service, and all was taken care of by the next day!
Rather than returning the flawed ornament, they accepted a photo of it to show the glitch, then sent out a new one overnight. All was received in perfect condition in time to make the presentation!
