01 Trajan's 1st Supportive Roman Legion Apparel T-Shirt
This Legion had been initially raised by Nero from sailors at Micenum in 68 AD, but Nero killed himself during its forming, and it was soon taken over by Galba. It served in Spain, then Batavia, then in Germania in 83 under Domitian. In 88, this Legion was one of nine Legions that invaded Dacia. It was Trajan that awarded the Legion its "loyal and supportive" title, using it in his Dacian conquests in 101-106 AD. It served under a total of thirteen different Emperors, and its last recorded existence was in 444 AD. "Adiutrix" - Supportive. Its emblem was at different times either the Capricorn or the Pegasus.
