ABOUT THIS PICTURE: Campground host and avid photographer Vickie says, "Highland cows like Brussels sprouts and cauliflower leaves. Our guests at the B & B had just fed them a big bowl full. The cows get so excited that they slobber like crazy and their eyes roll in their heads as they chomp the vegetables. There was such a commotion at the fence trying to be the cow with the most Brussel sprouts and cauliflower leaves that this cow got Brussel sprouts up her nose. We thought she was keeping the pieces in her nose for an afternoon snack, but she was trying to eat them right away she loved them do much! || Vickie lives on 440-acre Cedar Mountain Farm in North Idaho. Filled with mountains and hay fields and wild flora and fauna, the farm offers localized weather with dramatic clouds, scenic vistas, and ongoing interactions with wildlife.
