15 oz. Ringer Mug

This is a nice, sturdy large coffee mug for someone who likes a big cup of coffee. My problem with this order is that it was not entered into the shop correctly and I missed the deadline for the event that I was going to use these as thank you gifts. Customer Service could not have been nicer, but they did absolutely nothing to expedited the order. I placed my order on 11-18-2016 and was told at ordering that they would deliver on 11/29 or 11/30. Having ordered from Zazzle previously, my experience told me that these dates were pretty spot on. When the 30th rolled by I called Zazzle daily alsways being told that my shipping would be expedited but no could ever tell me where the mugs were in the production schedule. I was explained how they were made etc, but never was I told if I would get them in time or if I would get them at all until they actually shipped. I was even told that the production facility had no phones. I even asked if someone in the plant had a cell phone....NOPE! Needless to say, I missed my function and at our thank you dinner, I had nothing to give the people who had volunteered all year long. Bottom line - Allow two weeks for these orders so if your order gets forgotten like mine there is still time to recover. On a positive note, these mugs are really nice and I am kicking myself for not ordering one for myself as well. These are a logo mug with a person name and the title of the office that they held printed underneath. The Logo came out beautifully but the text printing left a little to be desired. I think what I saw on the page as I laid them out was crisp and clean. When it printed on the mug it was not as nice as the computer image.

This coffee mug is very nice... Your work is very professional. The printing on this mug is very prefessional... I really like this mug.
