I'm the VERY lucky recipient of several editions of Godey's Lady's Book, which I found - believe it or not - in Goodwill. This print came from one of the 1858 issues. Thus and therefore, this is a marvelous item for anyone interested in Victorian fashion and/or historical fashion. It's also a lovely addition to the Victorian decor. Wanna see more old? From the pictures we needed to replace two tiles that had the old toothbrush and soap dish and the tile guy said two tiles would have to be removed. The tiles were PERFECT! just a slight color difference to the naked eye but they match pretty darn good. Tile guy had to shave the back because the 1957 tile was thinner but as you can see it worked out great! We are elated over the moon happy, Thank you!
