1894-S Barber Dime Round Clock

1894-S Barber Dime Round Clock

Who doesn’t love a good mystery? That’s the case behind the vast love for the 1894-S Barber Dime, one of the rarest coins in the world. Only 24 were minted and just 9 are known to be around today. Why just 24? Maybe because of a discrepancy in the books or perhaps as gifts to prominent bankers. The rumors are limitless, but the sales price reached $1,997,500 in 2016 or $2,412,200 in 2023 dollars.

I bought the clock as a 'first time' grandmother. When I opened the package, I cried. the workmanship, material, color and the opportunity to personalize it was just perfect. I know that my grandson will be able to quickly learn to identify numbers, count and tell time! What a keepsake! I was totally happy with the printing, color choice and overall presentation of the clock!
