This is my 3rd time contacting.
I was told that I could receive a replacement sign because it is not the correct size that was ordered.
Pictures attached. It’s suppose to be 18x24 and it’s 17.5x23.5
This does not fit the in the frame I purchased for the sign.
This is a defective item.
I need this replaced - and time is of the essence.
Please respond to my request.
