1900 Boote Roses Green Faux Relief Reproduction Ceramic Tile
A beribboned trio of roses in a pretty shade of green are featured on this tile. It is reproduced from an actual antique tile by T and R Boote from around 1900. Available in 4" and 6" tiles. Makes great wall tiles and backsplashes for kitchen, bath, shower and laundry, and for fireplace surrounds, trivets, coasters, decorative accessories, and, of course, gifts (especially for gardeners!).
Note that, although this tile looks like it is dimensional just like the molded original, this reproduction is actually flat, printed in a faux relief or trompe l'oeil ("fool the eye") style that captures the look of the raised detailing on the original on a smooth surfaced ceramic tile.

From the pictures we needed to replace two tiles that had the old toothbrush and soap dish and the tile guy said two tiles would have to be removed. The tiles were PERFECT! just a slight color difference to the naked eye but they match pretty darn good. Tile guy had to shave the back because the 1957 tile was thinner but as you can see it worked out great! We are elated over the moon happy, Thank you!
