1915 Annie and Susie Tote Bag

Another fantastic item from the artist’s estate so many of my images have come from. For those who don’t know that story, I bought out an estate owned by an artist. The artist in question had a huhYOOGE collection of antique prints of every description, including this one, which was marked in pencil on the back ‘1915 Annie and Susie!’ by the artist herself. I have so much of her stuff, I have come to recognize her signature. The image was not done by her, but by Charles Gesmar (google him!) I’m not sure of the 1915 date, if it is a date, since Gesmar would have been age 15 at that time. Nevertheless, it’s a marvelous image, perfect for all kinds of EVERYTHING, including tote bags.
