Not really a Russian guy, and probably not mad either, but he looks like the classic Mad Russian. Hence the name. The gent was Monsieur Huberty of the Academie National de Musique et de Danse. The image comes from a 1927 playbill from the troupe's performance of 'Faust.' He looks GREAT on a jigsaw puzzle. Wanna see more old? The puzzle was ok. The pieces were really small and they don’t include a blueprint to use. Which would be fine if the photo on the front of the box was larger, but it’s also very small and not really useful for details. I don’t think I’d buy another one from Zazzle until they start providing at least some sort of reference photo. .
