A few years back I found at two different flea markets huge boxes of circa 1900-1930 sheet music. Song sheet art was in its heyday, which brings us to this eye-poppingly awesome image. The song came from a show entitled ‘Chauve Souris,’ which is the French translation for the popular operetta ‘Die Fledermaus,’ which translates in English to ‘The Bat.’ Note that the image looks equally awesome on all kinds of EVERYTHING, including throw blankets..
