Whenever I glimpse a curtain or apron from the 1940's at a Flea Market, I find the comforting smells & feel of Grandma's kitchen flooding back to me. So pleasant, I wanted to share the experience by re-creating that look & feel in new fabrics & home decorating products. The design on this cushy throw pillow borrows it's color scheme of soft aqua, ivory, ash gray & carmine red & layered tile pattern from a the background of a 1940's tablecloth. Back is solid aqua.

This is one of the most comfortable throw pillows I have ever had. It is so incredibly soft. Everyone in the family fights over who gets to use it, even the dog. Most of the other pillows end up on the floor when she gets on the couch but not this one. She loves it too! The photos turned out great on this pillow. I'd definitely purchase another one.
